Super blue Lavandula common name Lavender is a well known as flowering plants in the Mint family easily can be identified by its sweet floral scent native to the Mediterranean, the Middle East, and India with a history dating back as far as 2500 years.
Lavender tea may calm nerves, lead to better sleep, and improve skin health.

NW 50 g
HOW TO MAKE
Bring 2 cups of fresh water to boil.
Place 1-2 teaspoons of your tea in a teapot.
Pour hot water over the tea and put the lid on.
Let the tea brew for 5-8 minutes.
Serve with or without sugar or honey.
